hi there, im looking to get a tattoo on my foot i live in Sheffield does anyone recomend a good tattoist, i want really fine detail and want like flowers or starts in a long keltic line so need some who is good at fine detail

nope but if your ever in jonesboro go to the zin factory in downtown. or if your in pocahontos go to generations
