I'm getting married and need help with flower type and colors!?

I'm getting married July 5, 2008. My dress is ivory with wine around the top, bottom, and down the back. My bridesmaid are wearing wine, burgendy, chambourd, and those berry family colors. We have a tight buget and have no idea what kind of flowers to go with or if we should go with any other colors besides ivory and wine colors. For the Men we were thinking of either black tuxes or maybe a chocolate color of some kind. Any ideas along the lines of colors or flower choices where to get flowers anything would be great. Thanks for the help in advance.

Alstromerias come in great colors to go with your colors and they are very inexpensive. You could easily hand tie bouquets with some wine colored ribbon and make great arrangements.

Reply:white roses with lillys
Reply:If you are on a tight budget, ask your florist what is in season at that time. You could also give her the leeway of purchasing what is least expensive with or without parameters. Of course, you are giving a little bit of control, but you are also giving up a headache, especially if you are particular about a certain type of flower. Why pay the extra costs for special order when you don't have to?

this website does fantastic artificial flowers at great prices. heaps cheaper than real and will last longer. they will make you whatever you want and have heaps of picttures to look at.
Reply:red roses(:

black tuxes.

seriously. i think red roses are fit with white and wine.
Reply:you can definitely find flowers in the "wine" color family. and i think some ivory color flowers will help it from making things too dark. but if you want a pop of color i think a nice shade of lime green thrown in would be nice.
Reply:Thats my wedding day!!! Congrats!! I love those colors i wanted to do wine but couldnt find enough dresses in those colors. I think champaigne colored flowers would look good or even a pale yellow color just to make it a little lighter than using all wine colored. Good Luck!
Reply:With such dark colors I think nice crisp white flowers would look very nice with them.
Reply:I had the exact same wedding colors. In my bouquet I had ivory colored roses, stephanotias, blush %26amp; cream colored calia liles. For the bridesmaid bouquets there was Vogue hot pink roses, diamond wht. Alstro lilies,

mini-carns: white w/ burgundy edge, dark burg. Hypericum, limo %26amp; ruscus (little red color berries) It looks fabulous!

Reply:Your dress sounds just like mine! Is it an Alfred Angelo?

I did red roses and I had the girls carry white roses. In all the pictures they really popped and look great!

Good luck!
Reply:I think white calalillies will look nice and formal with your dark colors.
Reply:If you are on a tight budget then try going with the gerbera daisies. They are a beautiful flower, very affordable, and come in all different kinds of colors. You have choosen colors for your bridesmaids that can work with so many different colors and bouquets.

If I were to suggest something I would go with this...
