Does anyone know where I can find this poem, something about Will you call me little brother or something?

I don't know the title but some of the lines are like this:

"I swear by my own blue eyes that I will hold up the flower of your life and protect it"

and

"Both of us free... we will model the clay of our own behavior... a trail of time has been blazed before us..." Something like that.

I think it was a Russian poet but I'm not sure, does anyone know what that is/who and where I can find it?

I tried some searches, but couldn't find anything that looked like what you are talking about...

Good luck finding it.
