What is the proper way of treating a woman? What whould women expect from men?

I think 'love' or the state of being in love is clouding my better judgement. I'm trying to look for answers if I should stay would my new bf or just move on before i become too attached. I don't know if he's treating me right. But for sure, something is off. Hes been feeding me lines about equality and whatever I want from him or the relationship I should be able to provide as well. Makes me wonder if this is all bull**** or maybe he's training me to become his ideal which is again bull****. Most women are self-sufficient but it doesnt mean we don't like tenderness, kindness, small gestures that make you feel special and a woman. Whats wrong with expecting flowers occassionally? Thing is hes the only guy who has treated me like this.

ok, you have to demand respect in order to get respect. don't ever change yourself for anyone, especially a guy. as soon as a nicer piece of *** passes by, he'll be long gone. yes, they feed you bs as soon as they get a chance, but if your with the right one, you'll know the difference between bs and honesty. if he treats you unfairly, then kick him to the curb. if he respects you, then you'll know it from the start. i know, bc i been with alot of losers, but i finally found someone really special. and believe me, he was worth the wait. good luck
