PLEASE EXPLAIN UR ANSWER!!!

Math homework really easing patterns!!!?
Looks to me like Katie starts with 3 stars and 2 numbers each time. Then she adds a star and a number to the next set: 4 stars and 3 numbers. She keeps adding a star and a number with each set of stars and numbers.

3 stars 2 numbers

4 stars 3 numbers

5 stars 4 numbers

__ stars __ numbers
Reply:if its so easy, can't you answer it yourself?
Reply:If that's all the pattern is, then just count the * in the row for your first question and # for your 2nd question.
Reply:i dont get it, i dont see where the pattern is even supposed to be
Reply:lol ok well see each * or # increases by one number each time. First there are 3 *** then there are 4**** then there are 5 ***** so the next obviously has to be 6******. same with the number sign. there are 2## then there are 3### then there are 4#### so the next must be 5. Your answer would be 6 * and 5 #. does that help?

is this elementy work?
Reply:in each row it goes ***##****###*****#### if u want the next row down it would be the same. if you want the next set of stars accross it would be six because first there were three and then four and then five
Reply:the answer is 12 flowers of stars and 9 flowers of #. if you can see by your chart the patter is 3,2,4,3,5,4
