There are lots of brushes in this site.Just search and choose a pack.



About the glowin line - just do the line in some color and then edit the blending options - give it glow. You can find blending options when you click the layer with the right mouse button.

Reply:you could just make them. There's a ton of ways to make them as well....draw them, scan them, touch em up and emboss, then save as symbol. You can build them in Illustrator, or an open-source vector program.
