bottom line is during our dates she told me that her dad passed away and she was really emotional. Her dads death anniversary is coming up soon, although we don't see each other should i call or send some flowers. please help

That is a very big deal to her. It will mean a lot to be shown that someone is thinking of her on that day. I don't know about flowers, just something simple, maybe a card or a quick call to say hi.
