Can you help me find the company that produces the women's/juniors' clothing line called Lipstick?

I am pulling my hair out trying to find the company that produces a women's/juniors' clothing line called Lipstick.



It's not Lipstik (which is for kids) or L%26amp;W (which is men style clothes for women).



I've bought this brand of clothing several times at a store in the mall called Body Central.

The tag is always pink with a flower to the left and the word "Lipstick".



If you could help me find this company or manufacturer I would GREATLY appreciate it!
